Which channels do you sell on?
We sell on major U.S. online marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, as well as through direct channels. If your brand restricts certain channels, we follow those restrictions.
What is your typical order size?
Opening orders depend on the line and your minimums. After that, we place regular reorders as products sell through, based on actual sales data.
What are your payment terms?
We can pay up front by ACH, wire, or credit card. Once a relationship is established, we're glad to apply for net terms.
Do you have a resale certificate?
Yes. We're a registered reseller and can provide our resale certificate, EIN verification, and business formation documents with your account application.
Do you follow MAP pricing?
Always. We never advertise below your minimum advertised price, and we review our listings regularly to stay compliant.
How fast can an account be set up?
Usually within a few days. Send us your credit application or new-account form and we'll return it completed, typically within one business day.
